We originally posted the Tomaszewski Family Tree as a single webpage that grew to contain over 200 printed pages. At that point we decided to restructure the page because it was getting out of hand and taking much too long to download. Part of the results from that effort follow. 1363_____: Mary Jane Smith. Born Nov 14, 1835 at Gull Prarie, MI (issue of 1351 ). Married Payson Wolfe on Jul 29, 1851. Family Lore states Mary's parents objected to her marrying an Indian but could say nothing because of their years of publically preaching equality of the races in their lifelong ministry.
Notes: on Payson Wolfe
Payson was an Indian. His father was Cheif Mi-in-gun. He was in the Civil War, Co. K, First Reg of Michigan Sharpshooters, and was a Prisoner at Andersonville. His paternal grandfather was Wa-Ba-Ga-Kake (The Great White Eagle). His paternal grandmother was Ween-Den-Wan, supposed to have been an English white captive. Many of Payson's siblings had Caucasian physical features. Payson's mother was Kin-ne-qua and was known in Northport as Charlotte Wauk-a-zoo. Payson is buried at Cross, MI.

Several mathematical theorem indicate that each person on earth could demonstrate a direct link to any other randomly chosen person on earth using six to eight links, using a friend of a friend of a friend . . . type of connection. This suggests that four to nine more generations of genealogy are needed to make a similar connection between any two randomly choosen people on earth as relatives (I actually think the range must be one higher, but canšt prove it yet).
